1. Description of Service

The App is a native macOS client for watching YouTube. It provides features such as picture-in-picture, always-on-top window display, and AI-generated summaries.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses or integrates with the following third-party services:

YouTube: Video content retrieval and playback
Anthropic / OpenAI / Google / DeepSeek (BYOK): Used for AI analysis when you configure your own API key
Google Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics (only when you opt in)

Each of these services is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Prohibited Use

Any action that violates YouTube's Terms of Service (e.g., ad blocking, video downloading)
Reverse engineering and redistribution of the App
Infringement of any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App. AI analysis output is machine-generated and accuracy is not guaranteed.

5. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be changed without prior notice. When material changes occur, we will notify users within the App.
